Ballet Fitness is a low-impact, total body sculpting workout using light bands, and balls. Yes, it is a fitness class. No it’s not a ballet class. Instead, it’s a fitness class that incorporates basic moves from ballet such as plies, Pilates, and stretching. Come in and join us and start moving your body today. All fitness levels are welcome.
Starting March 8, 2012 - April 26, 2012. New students are welcome after the start date.
