Dance-n-Tone is a total body workout that uses intervals of strength-training (i.e. dumbbells) and quick bursts of dancing to help you gain muscle definition. This class will help to increase your cardio endurance, gain muscle definition, and boost metabolism.
Dance your way to feeling and looking better. Dance-n-Tone will help you achieve both a cardio and strength-training workout. Strength-training will do wonders for your figure espeically when done 2 to 3 times per week.
